This was reconstruction/conversion of 45 m tugboat to a luxury yacht. Waterline LTD. was doing Project Management on behalf of shipyard Izola. The tugboat has been totally stripped out, the superstructures have been removed, the main deck has been replaced and then the boat was converted in to yacht with steel hull, stainless steel main deck, stainless steel superstructures & aluminum wheelhouse. The hull was repaired & painted during the boat was in the floating dock, while the superstructures where fitted in sections when the boat was on the pier. 

The general arrangement of the boat was changed to have enough space for 8 crew members, 6 luxury cabins with toilets for 12 guests, with owner’s area on second superstructure & captain’s cabin with toilet behind wheelhouse. Our project management included contract negotiations, tender preparation, stripping out the ship, taking out the engines, sandblasting, shaft service, repair steel work, documentation management & conversations with RINA, technology preparation for steel work, new construction of steel work, stainless steel work & aluminum work, painting, transport etc.
